DESCRIPTION

This is a Multiplayer VR Cricket Game for HTC Vive. 

CONTRIBUTION

  • Game Physics: 

    • Bat - Ball Collision Response: Response depends on the point of collision on the bat. Vibration on the controller and the sound effect depends on the collision point. If the ball hits the sweat spot the vibration is less.

    • Ball - Pitch Collision Response: Response depends on the type of pitch. Hard and grassy pitches bounce the ball more. While on flat pitches ball stays low after collision. 

  • Bowling Mechanism: 

    • Bowling Variations: This includes implementing all different variations of bowling which include Spin (Ball spinning off the pitch because of its revolutions), Seam (ball deflection off the pitch because of the seam stitched on the ball), Swing (lateral movement in the air because of the seam and the air)

  • Fielding AI
